The COO (Head of Operations) will manage the complete operations portfolio - execution, delivery, contracting, planning & controls, safety, quality, P&L, and multi-state project governance.

About Our Client

Our client is a high‑growth industrial EPC contracting organization working with private-sector corporates in sectors such as manufacturing, data centres, logistics, auto, engineering, steel, and process industries. They specialize in large-scale industrial facilities, multi-phase brownfield/greenfield developments, and complex factory projects across India.

Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred: Civil).
  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA desirable.
  • Certifications such as PMP, IGBC/LEED, or similar are an added advantage.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Head should have:

  • A strong educational background in engineering or a related field. (Civil preferred)
  • Proven experience in operations management within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning, execution, and resource management.
  • Strong operational leadership in: Industrial EPC, Factories & manufacturing setups, Data centre/warehousing/engineering facilities, Multi-sector private sector construction.
