Our client is one of India's largest and fastest growing electronics brand specializing in personal and everyday use devices.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Report on sales results to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum 10 years of experience in selling to key retail accounts with a background in consumer electronics
  • MBA in sales and marketing is preferred
  • Experience in working in fast paced setups
  • Current/preferred location to be Delhi NCR
