The client is very well known company for their beauty and wellness products. They are a large business and an established brand in Indian market. They are hiring for someone with great communication skills and relevant experience to manage sales to salon channel across the nation

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the position are:

  • To manage relations with all the salon chains and their manager for business across India
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goal.
  • Assist marketing group in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
  • Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sale
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is the one with:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales in consumer products (personal care)
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
  • Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
