Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and manage account performance, including revenue growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

A successful applicant should have:

  • Proven expertise in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in handling large key accounts nationally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for managing client relationships effectively.

  • Experience in managing key accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
