Job Description

  • 10+ years of experience in managing network teams across both Data and Security technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues using monitoring tools and accessing systems.
  • Ability to lead and drive high-impact incidents to resolution.
  • Experience in managing team rosters and ensuring accountability for the team's delivery and performance management.
  • Serving as the first point of escalation for technical, process, and management issues within the team.
  • Collaborating with global and regional leads to foster a "One Team" culture.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Networks - Engineering Lead should have:

  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise network design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a technical team effectively.
