Job Description

  • Lead the training function to build the skills and capabilities of Sales force across different levels and channels.
  1. Build Training journey across levels across teams
  2. Ensure implementation of programs, assessment, impact monitoring
  3. Optimize resources and expertise within training team
  • Workout training budget and implement plan by maximizing investment through internal and external training partners
  • Collaborate with commercial leaders to identify training requirements
  • Define KPIs and measure the impact of each training intervention
  • Create cost effective training options using digital channel to maximize available resources
  • Work closely with JPAC training team to implement regional/global initiatives
  • Monitor and track progress and present outcomes to LT teams
  • Design and deliver MDPs

The Successful Applicant

  1. 15-20 years of relevant experience in training roles that combine both strategic planning and hands-on delivery in OTC/OTX portfolios.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in content development as well as some experience in designing and facilitating behavioural training.
  3. Prior experience in leading and managing training teams.
  4. Tech-savvy individual with an adaptable mindset to manage evolving learning needs across diverse teams.
