Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities with market know-how/ meeting new customers to broaden the opportunity list and Developing New Customers across Pan India
  • Collaborating with various Sales Channels in the organisation for improving Growth Trajectory
  • Collaborating with various Leaders to establish and execute a Sales goal for the Product and Country


  • Managing team to maximise Sales revenue and meet or exceed Corporate set goals


  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly Sales goals and developing specific plans to ensure long and short-term term growth


  • Achieving new business & customer retention goals by leading & controlling a structured negotiation process to secure the best terms for the client & the Customer


  • Building & maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts within each Customer's business who can facilitate decision making & actions needed to achieve the required results

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • An MBA from top tier Business school
  • 10+ years of experience in the logistics industry with a good understanding of the major customer base in the market
  • Experience of 5+ years in a team management role and preferably in a Pan India role
  • Experience in managing customer experience and know how of handling key accounts and decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a zeal for new business development
  • Influential network with customers in the logistics industry
