Implement comprehensive business plan, exceeding sales objectives. spokesperson at national level presentation for buyers, associates and consumers through product promotions and seminars.

Manage and direct entire sales force to achieve sales and profit targets

Manage team of Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers - leadership, performance management, motivation, teamwork and coaching on an ongoing basis.

create sales processes stimulating customer perception on unique products to sell and drive higher ticket size in retail segment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ability to utilise use strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for Banking products sales that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
