About Our Client

Our client is is a market giant in hand & power tools and are looking for a National Sales Manager for this division.

Job Description

  • Create and implement successful direct sales plans, and oversee national sales
  • Create sales plans including deadlines, target audiences, and marketing strategies
  • Identify new potential customers and market opportunities
  • Responsible for the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of the sales and marketing function
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customers to identify and propose unique solutions
  • Monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and predictions while keeping an eye on sales success measures
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyse productivity and important performance indicators on a regular basis to get insight into the company, spot opportunities, and/or resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must come with an experience of 13-15 years in sales or channel management in tools space
  • Must have previously managed at least North India region
  • Experience of business development through channels and dealers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be open to frequent travel PAN India.
  • MBA from a good institute
