About Our Client
The client is a leading Fintech organization in the Health Care Set Up business which has a strong presence within India.
Reporting to the Business Head of the organization, you will be responsible for-
Management of exisiting clients- a total base of close to 6-7 accounts
Responsible for building up the distribution channel and retail network with insurance companies through RFPs & Renewals
Ability to guide and mentor the team from time to time.
Management of sales budgets and costs
Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
Monitor team performance for sales and collection.
Create awareness of our product application.
Develop customer and ensure maximum usage of their products
Create ethical Business environment.
The Successful Applicant
Graduation in Engineering and a MBA from a reputed college.
Must have 10 plus years of relevant experience in Sales in a reputed organisation.
Must have handled a region /or as ZSM in at least two zones
