They believe that innovation is essential to meet the demands of critical care.Job Description* Lead and support the Backoffice teams* Meet and exceed the operational plan for India whilst maintaining profit* Continuous monitoring of the achievement of targets* Builds, motivates, guides and supports the overall team to ensure the desired level of business performance* Recruits, monitors and supports the processes in order to achieve the desired level of performance* Organize office operations and proceduresWithin the team:* Maintenance of the customer database in ERP and CRM* Manage offers/quotation for costumer* Assist in tender processes* processing and follow-up of customer orders up to invoicing* administrative follow-up of customer files* orders to suppliers* logistical organization during trade fairs* routine administrative tasks* engage with local warehouse and logistic provider to ensure smooth logistic and stock management* dispute management* be the local India operation ERP expert in order to have smooth, complaint and secure processes and documentation* ensure the proper organizational functioning of the team* coordinate the work within the local India sales team* ensure responsibility for legal and legal procedures* updating of the official documents (single document of the Company at the elaboration of risks, ...) and the collective agreement* management of general services* participation in meetings with the sales team and the manager* Ensures all the activities performed by team members and also external stakeholder, like service providers, the distribution partners are in compliance with the local legal framework and also corporate guidelines* Ensures the desired level of training initiatives are effectively executed as per agreed budgets* Supervision and monitoring of projects* Achieves the agreed service standards through effective management of the team* Creates and monitors the desired supply chain logistics* Creates and maintains the performance dashboard for tracking performance* Close cooperation with HQ departments, e.g. Order Processing Desk, Support Functions and Q&R* Recognizing and introducing market needs and technological trends* Follow any processes and procedures to ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 requirements or as directed by Health & Safety legislation* Complete all paperwork on time and to a high standard as required by the company* Provides personal leadership through setting of examples to inspire and motivate the team to continuously strive for excellence and set high ethical standards* Nurtures the right organization culture to encourage highest level of integrity and commitmentThe Successful Applicant* At least 10 years of professional experience in operational roles and leadership of teams in the high technology field in India with demonstrable success* Many years of experience in working with international teams* Worked and lived in Europe or the United States for min. 5 years and possesses a good understanding of of both, India and European cultures* Technical or Economics studies with a strong affinity for technology* Good industry and product knowledge a benefit, ideally in the areas of ventilation, anesthesia, or intensive care medicine* Experience in leading wider teams in-house and remotely, ideally incl. not operational functions as well* Excellent organizational skills* Market affinity and entrepreneurial mindset* Strong team player and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority* A high degree of initiative and enjoyment of a large amount of creative freedom* Hindi native speaker, but also English and/or German spoken and written* Excellent computer application skills, specifically MSOffice, PowerPoint, and Outlook but also ERP, Business Intelligence systems* Drivers' license in IndiaWhat's on Offer1.
