Job Description

  • Planning and executing Go-To-Market strategies for new and existing products
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product growth
  • Understanding and leveraging market trends and consumer insights
  • Developing and managing the product portfolio in alignment with company goals
  • Building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for increased profitability
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver on project objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations in the FMCG sector

The Successful Applicant

A successful GTM Manager should have:

  • 4-7 years of overall experience in the FMCG sector post MBA, across general trade is necessary
  • Open to Mumbai as a location
  • Candidate should come with cross functional, trade/customer marketing experience
