Job Description

  • Develop and manage comprehensive budgeting processes for the organization.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports and management information systems (MIS).
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  • Implement financial controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage funding requirements, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead financial planning initiatives and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MIS & Budgeting Lead should have:

  • Charted Accountant (CA).
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS.
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its financial processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
