About Our Client
Our client is a global Pharmaceutical MNC, with operations in various countries. They are planning to expand their sales team in India & are looking for aggresive sales executives to be part of their team.
- Conduct sales activities to achieve sales performance of assigned products and territories.
- Conduct business planning, sales call, and professional product presentation and pass knowledge test.
- Attend trainings and develop the related sales competencies to build sales effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and stakeholders to conduct the MCM activities and engagement.
Follow the related business and sales force effectiveness processes.
Carry out all sales activities to align with Organization's Code of Conduct and company standards (SOP).
- Meet doctors and retailers in an organized manner using Standard daily work plans and Tour plans with the help of the immediate manager.
- Updating Daily Work Reports and sales everyday
- Generate regular order bookings from distributors and Stockiest Communicate seasonal schemes and offers to distributors/ Stockiest/ chemists as applicable Distribute promotional/ informational materials to doctors, patients or retailers as applicable.
