About Our Client

Our client is a well renowned FMCG brand with significant presence in Indian and global markets. They are looking for a marketing manager to champion growth for a category business unit.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role are -

  • Responsible for category performance, taking ownership of end-to-end growth plan for category business unit
  • Develop and implement long term vision and go to market strategy for the category in line with global strategies, covering aspects of innovation, communication and activation
  • Demonstrate analytical approach to identify opportunities through detailed market research and consumer insights
  • Optimise ROI and ensure delivery of category performance in line with Marketing P&L metrics
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders for translation of strategies into plans
  • Lead and mentor brand marketing team and cross functional partners to drive growth agenda for the category

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have the following attributes -

  • Min. 10 years of sales and marketing experience in core FMCG companies
  • Management graduate from a reputed B-school
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team player
