About Our Client
The client is a leading Indian FMCG with an overall business size of over 1200 Cr and operates across the personal and homecare category.
Marketing strategy & planning - Development and execution of annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives and revenue targets- including product range management, new product briefs, key campaigns and budgets ,Partner with the Sales team in devising strategic trade initiatives & trade related activities, Deliver on Market shares & business goals
Content and creative strategy - conceptualization and execution of campaigns, photo shoots, videos, social media pages, influencer tie-ups, blogs, PR articles ,Creation of brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan
Media Planning & Evaluation: Driving penetration and brand awareness through a combination of influencer marketing, digital, PR, visibility, on-ground activations ,Planning ATL & BTL communications , developing merchandise.
NPD & Innovation -Develop a clean innovation funnel & work with cross functional teams to deliver on same, Leading the cross functional teams to develop and launch the innovation pipeline of SKUs Team Leadership -Provide leadership and direction to a team & ensure that they are effectively deployed for achieving the business goals, MS goals and profitability goals of the assigned category
The Successful Applicant
Should have major experience of marketing role in FMCG brands preferably into Home Care Category , should have worked at senior level position with experience of leading a team
