Job Description

  • Lead ATL, Digital & brand collaboration initiatives end-to-end
  • Build and scale brand identity, campaigns, and storytelling
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to drive visibility & market share growth
  • Own campaign planning & execution across digital, media, and product launches
  • Drive consumer engagement, awareness & growth metrics
  • Leverage consumer insights & market trends to unlock new opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with business goals
  • Manage marketing budgets & optimize ROI across channels
  • Build and manage agency, vendor & partner relationships
  • Work closely with founders/leadership on overall marketing strategy
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team
  • Bring fresh, disruptive thinking to campaigns

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in startup/newer brands (must-have)
  • Strong exposure to brand building & campaign execution
  • Background in FMCG (Food preferred), Consumer Tech/Electronics, or D2C brands
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a mix of creativity + strategy
