Job Description



  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with overall business and sales objectives.


  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end BTL campaigns, events, roadshows, and partner activations.


  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.


  • Identify local market opportunities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.


  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities to optimize ROI and inform future strategy.


  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure timely delivery of all marketing programs.


  • Work with creative and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

The Successful Applicant



    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).


    • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing roles.


    • Proven experience executing multi-city events or campaigns with measurable results.


    • Strong project management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.


    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).


    • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
