About Our Client
My client is a market leader in multiple businesses in India ta the moment. They are expanding their business at a very large scale and as a part of their growth strategy, currently looking at recruiting a Manufacturing HR Head based out of Vadodara.
Reporting into the CHRO, your responsibilities would include the following:
Proactively identifying and resolving employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner
Managing and mitigating employee grievances by ensuring supervisors and leadership are creating an open forum for discussion and resolution of plant issues
Taking ownership for specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organisation by developing and/or delivering HR programs (e.g., attendance tracking, communications)
Identifying employee value proposition issues affecting turnover and works in team to identify actions for improvement
Partnering with on site Talent Acquisition team in hiring of plant workforce and collaborate on strategies to meet current and future labour demands
Serving as trusted advisor to managers and employees in promoting constructive employee relations approaches and practices
Anticipating proactively address potential issues at the plant, managing expectations throughout
The Successful Applicant
You should come with a minimum of 12 years of experience in working with a FMCG/Chemical/Pharma organisation as Plant HR professional. You should have excellent team management skills and furthermore a flair to liaise with the senior stakeholders. excellent interpersonal skills is non non negotiable.
