Job Description

  • Overall responsibility for plant operations, productivity and performance
  • Drive safety, quality, cost, delivery and continuous improvement
  • Ensure statutory, regulatory and audit compliance
  • Lead, develop and retain senior plant leadership and teams
  • Partner with corporate stakeholders on business and operational goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Lead - Finished Goods should have:

  • Proven experience as Site Head / Plant Head / Manufacturing Head
  • Background in large‑scale manufacturing environments
  • Strong leadership exposure to unions, multiple stakeholders and scale
  • Hands‑on, execution‑focused leader with strong people skills
