Job Description

Responsible for managing the future innovation projects and will be accountable to steering the projects through Innovation StageGate by liaising with different stakeholders

Develop equity/brand growth strategies with understanding of shopper trends and insights

Creative problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maximize brand exposure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of branding initiatives

Lead concept development with functional teams

The Successful Applicant

At least 5-6 years of Marketing experience in Brand Innovation in consumer goods / BPC industry

Experience in successfully launching new products at scale

Experience with working with data / analytics to build business and consumer hypothesis
