The client is one of the leading international organisations which works in the domain of healthcare, climate change, cooling and other areas which are beneficial for the environment and communities.

Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for working on the climate and cooling program for the organisation
  • S/he will be responsible for working with the public and private stakeholders in implementation of the program
  • The candidate will be responsible for working closely with the distributors and manufacturers of the air conditioner industry too
  • S/he will develop engagement strategy for the refrigeration and air conditioner manufacturers and other stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for reductions in cost in the RAC space - understanding the trends that will influence such decisions

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate will be an engineer with atleast 8+ years of experience in technical and strategy roles in the RAC market
  • S/he should have an understanding of the supply side ecosystem of the refrigeration and air conditioning market
  • The candidate should have an experience of working with multiple stakeholders in programme implementation and developing strategy for the same
  • S/he should have strong communication skills and be comfortable in working with senior stakeholders
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for sustainability and climate change
  • Candidates who have worked initially in the RAC industry and later pivoted to strategy consulting later for the same will be preferred.
