Job Description

  • Advising clients on corporate group structuring, internal group reorganization, mergers / demergers, stake sales and acquisitions structuring, estate / succession planning and family office set up
  • Brainstorming ideas and new structures / solutions that could be relevant to the clients
  • Execution of client assignments including research, making presentations, presenting before clients, etc
  • Work closely with the Relationship managers within the team in resolving their queries on the subject matter
  • Providing support to the team by updating them with the latest happenings in the tax and regulatory field
  • Research on structuring related aspects from an income tax and regulatory perspective.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager/Senior Manager - Wealth Structuring should have:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Chartered Accountant / Lawyer
  • Must know - Extensive knowledge on Income tax laws, FEMA, SEBI, Stamp duty and other allied laws
  • Ability to understand the structuring problem at hand and ability to assist the client end to end-from advisory to execution
  • Proficient in power point presentations
