The Manager - Treasury Systems will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the treasury systems to ensure efficient financial operations within the organisation. This role requires expertise in managing treasury platforms and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the energy and natural resources sector.
  • Implementation experience of treasury management systems especially Kyriba
  • Integration with systems for flowing of FX trades and markets data.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain treasury systems to support the organisation's financial operations.
  • Set-up of FX trade lifecycle in Kyriba (post-trade processing and settlements)
  • Ensure the smooth integration of treasury platforms with other financial systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system improvements and implement necessary updates.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on treasury system functionalities.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Work closely with external vendors to manage system upgrades and maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Treasury Systems should have:

  • Hands on experience in Kyriba or other TMS platforms
  • Familiarity with payments connectivity especially Swift & ISOXML along with Corporate BIC
  • Proficiency in managing treasury systems and financial platforms.
  • Knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry. (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance standards.
