About Our Client

Our client is a leading product based SaaS company. that helps enterprises automate document processing - helps enterprises convert documents such as invoices, ID cards & bank statements into actionable data. They are currently working on a remote set up and plan to have an office in Mumbai in 3-5 months.

Job Description

- Capable of handling both Manager and Individual Contributor roles.

- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals (15%).

- Perform individual recruiting tasks from sourcing to closing (50%).

- Collaborate with HR operations to increase employee retention (15%).

- Engage in organisational planning (10%).

- Focus on employer branding and networking (10%)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager TA should have:

  • A strong understanding of practising Talent Acquisition in SaaS based set up
  • Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with the leaders and drive leadership conversations
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify future hiring needs
  • Knowledge of HR software and databases
