Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), you will:

  • Managing supply chain projects with or without internal/external consultants, including process analysis, design, and project implementation.
  • Actively contributing to supply chain excellence by developing and optimizing methods, best practices, and innovative solutions.
  • Designing and optimizing supply chain solutions, including logistics, planning, and inbound/outbound operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Leading make vs buy evaluations for supply chain and logistics models.
  • Ensuring process excellence and implementing system changes from user perspectives.
  • Driving the development of master data units and managing supply chain data for optimal performance.
  • Monitoring and reporting on supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiating cost-saving measures.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations is required. CPIM / APICS certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Consulting experience.
  • Proven expertise in logistics, planning, or EXIM operations with experience in full-cycle SAP ERP implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SCM tools such as SAP OTC, TM, WM, and other planning tools (O9/Annaplan/Kinaxis), data warehouse, and Power BI.
  • Project management experience in a consulting environment is highly preferred
