Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Drive business growth across ECM, Analytics, Automation, App Development, and Staffing solutions
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across key industry verticals
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams for seamless solution delivery
  • Provide market insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
  • Proven track record of handling ₹7-8 Cr+ business revenue targets
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling and sales lifecycle management
  • Experience selling ECM, Analytics, Automation, App Development, or Staffing services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required
