Job Description

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatoryrequirements including Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI),andAssociation of Mutual Funds inIndia (AMFI) guidelines.Manage andmonitorregulatoryfilings,documentation,andreportingrequirementswithfinancial regulators.Handle paperwork ,documentation ,and operational processes related to regulatory registrations, licenses, and approvals with relevant authorities.Handle secretarial and corporate compliance, including statutory filings,board resolutions,and maintaining compliance records.Ensure adherence to applicable fintech, wealth management,and mutualfund distribution regulationsLiaise with regulators, auditors ,and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignmentDevelop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Regulatory Compliance should have:

  • A strong educational background in law, finance, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Experience in the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
