About Our Client

Our client is a leading global consulting firm.

Job Description

  • Assist in protecting the organisation's interests in India
  • Assist India Legal on client contracting matters like drafting and negotiation of engagement letters and ancillary client related agreements
  • Assist India Legal to drive key risk management policy issues facing the business
  • Assist India Legal to support and drive compliance and regulatory matters in India
  • Assist India legal with drafting and negotiation of other commercial contracts, including supplier agreements
  • Assist India legal on legal matters and to manage any litigation and document requests
  • Should have document review and contracting experience
  • Should have policy drafting and new policy / process rollout experience

The Successful Applicant

You must have an LLB qualification with at-least eight years of experience across contract management

You must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
