Job Description

  • Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect digital assets and data.
  • Monitor and analyse security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
  • Provide training and awareness programs for employees on IT security best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to proactively address potential risks.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure robust IT security solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager IT Security should have:

  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in IT security practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience in the financial services sector, preferably within brokerage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of cybersecurity.
