Job Description

  • Lead the delivery of a global IT project portfolio aligned with business strategy.
  • Define and implement project delivery frameworks using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project managers and analysts to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive governance through steering committees and project forums.
  • Collaborate with senior IT leadership and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement across project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project and portfolio management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Solid understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, applications, data, and security.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and risk management capabilities.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving delivery excellence.
