The client is a leading global consulting organisation which works in various domains. They are presently looking to hire a manager to build the consumer goods and retail division at a global level for the organisation

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the role are -

  • Deliver sales enablement activities at a global level by working closely with global business unit heads in the consumer goods and retail domain
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and deliver detailed industry reports, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and align them with business goals.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present findings in a clear and compelling manner to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in the consumer goods and retail practices sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Global Markets should have -

  • Atleast 9 years of experience in sales enablement in the consumer goods and retail practices domain
  • Experience of working with global stakeholders in the sales enablement domain
  • A strong academic background in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in research and analysis within the consumer goods and retail industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
