Job Description

Designation: Manager, Business Planning & Analysis - 4 years

Reports to: Regional Director

Location: Mumbai OR Bangalore

6 Days working

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units
  • Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment decisions
  • Monitor performance against plans and provide actionable insights to leadership



Business Finance

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Operations, and Product teams
  • Drive unit economics analysis, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
  • Support business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and product launches



Variance Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast
  • Identify key drivers of performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare dashboards and executive-level reports with clear narratives and visualizations



Strategic Planning & Decision Support

  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategic planning
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarks
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, fundraising, and expansion strategies



The Successful Applicant

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA - 80% in Class 10 and Class 12

CA or MBA Finance with 4 years of experience in business finance
