Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth and cost optimization through strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement financial plans in collaboration with business teams.
  • Optimize inventory and working capital by analyzing slow-moving stock and wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with financial SOPs and trade terms to prevent revenue/margin losses.
  • Conduct business case evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and CAPEX vs. OPEX assessments.
  • Automate financial reporting for real-time insights and efficiency.
  • Perform cost/margin variance analysis across regions and business categories.
  • Negotiate vendor/customer contracts to enhance financial leverage.
  • Prepare financial dashboards, trend analysis, and performance reports for leadership.
  • Drive profitability and operational synergies across the business.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications: CA with 3-5 years of experience in business finance or FP&A in a startup or ecommerce organisation

Skills:

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
