Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management.
  • Assist in strategic decision-making based on financial data.
  • Supervise the Accounting & Finance department and provide guidance to the team.
  • Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage and mitigate financial risks associated with business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Manager - Business Control' should have:

  • 6-10 years of overall experience in the field of Business Finance, Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Budgeting.
  • Open to Pune as a location.
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing within the Infrastructure, Manufacturing or Energy & Natural Resources industry.
