This role leads behavioural learning and capability building initiatives across the organisation, translating business needs into impactful learning solutions. The incumbent will design, execute, and measure learning interventions that drive sustained behaviour and performance change.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Training Needs Identification across business units
  • Translate needs into a structured annual behavioural learning calendar
  • Design and deliver ILT, digital and blended learning interventions
  • Develop learning content and journeys grounded in adult learning principles
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to co-own learning priorities
  • Manage external vendors for content development and delivery
  • Drive learning adoption, engagement and participation
  • Measure effectiveness and continuously refine programs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Behavioral Learning & Capability Building should have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in behavioural L&D or capability building
  • Strong expertise in TNI, IDP analysis and learning design
  • Experience designing enterprise and targeted learning interventions
  • Strong program management and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
