Job Description

Reporting to Site Head your responsibilities will be to:

  • Oversee all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring legal and safety compliance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and manage CAPEX projects.
  • Manage all predictive preventive & breakdown maintenance for the plant.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.
  • Drive energy and water efficiency initiatives and uphold SHE policies.
  • Collaborate with internal process heads and external vendors, suppliers, and statutory authorities.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

  • A degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience in maintenance within the Chemical Industry or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Open for relocation to global manufacturing unit.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
