Provide key support and expertise on all aspects of strategic acquisitions, divestitures and investments from inception to business evaluation, due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, compliance and completion of transaction.

Job Description

  • Head the merger and acquisition activities for the company.
  • Develop strategic plans for transformative deals.
  • Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with various teams.
  • Analyse potential investment prospects.
  • Drive negotiation processes to ensure beneficial outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Risk & Compliance department.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on M&A activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of overall experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in leading M&A activities.
  • Strong understanding of the Risk & Compliance department.
  • Chennai is the work location, candidate has to be based out of the location
