Job Description

  • Drive and own delivery of assigned IT projects. Maintain and report on project plans.
  • Research, evaluate, master, and apply relevant technologies to address business opportunities, as directed. Subject matter expert in M365 technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI.
  • Validate requirements to ensure proposed solutions do indeed deliver the expected benefits. Consult with key stakeholders and contribute solution-focused expertise.
  • Improve operations, processes, technical procedures, and documentation.
  • Support business as usual operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis and technical architecture roles, leveraging M365 technologies in complex business environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to research, understand, and apply relevant new features, design patterns, and techniques as required.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills in SharePoint, Teams and PowerBI.
