Job Description

1. Engage with potential customers on a frequent basis to maintain relationships and generate sales opportunities while exemplifying exceptional customer service, fostering positive interactions, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

2. Build awareness of new product details and offerings to customers, ensuring clear communication and representation of the brand, showcasing expertise in brand representation and product knowledge.

3. Receive and engage with customers to understand their requirements, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, active listening skills, and personal style sense, fostering trust and rapport.

4. Introduce various product offerings to customers and facilitate their buying decisions through persuasive communication, relationship building, and a keen eye for personal style preferences, utilizing relationship-building skills and persuasive techniques.

5. Prepare estimates for selected products and complete sales transactions efficiently, demonstrating proficiency in sales techniques, brand representation, and personal style sense, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in transactions.

6. Achieve category-wise sales targets for the allocated section, utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales growth, displaying initiative and creativity in achieving targets.

7. Assist customers with sales returns or repair work, ensuring adherence to store operating policies, enhancing customer satisfaction scores, brand representation, and personal style recommendations, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining positive customer relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15 years working in client advisory roles in luxury is a must
  • Has a good understanding of client relations and customer experience
  • Current/preferred location- Delhi and Mumbai
