Job Description

  • Oversee import documentation, customs clearance, and letter of credit processes.
  • Lead operations for FTWZ and bonded warehouses.
  • Manage import/export service-level agreements (SLAs) and drive performance improvements.
  • Manage SLAs for domestic forward and reverse logistics to improve service and optimize costs.
  • Oversee third-party vendors including warehouses, transporters, customs brokers, and packaging suppliers.
  • Lead end-to-end cold-chain operations and inventory control, implementing best‑in‑class practices.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Conduct logistics reviews with business stakeholders.
  • Strengthen collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; drive automation and logistics optimization initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required. A Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business is preferred.
  • 8+ years in logistics management, preferably within IVD, medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Import documentation, HSN codes, customs exemptions, clearance processes, and LC procedures.
    • Export and re-export processes.
    • FTWZ and bonded warehouse operations.
    • Import/export SLAs and performance management.
    • International air and sea freight modes.
  • Self-driven, agile, and adaptable.
