Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized insurance solutions suitable for various client segments.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and insurance program structures.
  • Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and coverage.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Growth professional should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial lines of Insurance (Broking or Direct Sales Team of Insurance Companies).
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • MBA from top tier institutes would be preferred.
