Job Description

  • Drafting and vetting key legal documents including development/JV contracts, conveyance and transfer deeds, POAs, MOUs, sale/lease documents, and leave & license contracts
  • Strong expertise in RERA compliance and real estate regulatory procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of land laws, property tenures, ownership, acquisition, development rules, and Well‑versed in stamp duty, registration, and adjudication process.
  • Experience drafting pleadings, statutory notices, replies, petitions, and complaints.
  • Familiar with High Court procedures; capable of briefing solicitors/senior counsel and appearing before judicial/quasi‑judicial bodies
  • Excellent English, with strong drafting and negotiation skills



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in handling legal matters related to the Property and Building & Construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and compliance requirements.
  • RERA compliance knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple legal projects effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
