Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide solutions.
  • Engage with external legal counsel when necessary for specialised legal matters.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts to the organization.
  • Support dispute resolution and litigation processes as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • 8-12 years of post qualification experience
  • Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with local laws and regulations.
