Job Description

  • Deal Evaluation / Due Diligence:
  • Conduct detailed due diligence of land records (title, deeds, check if there are cases against it) as per the due diligence checklist
  • Drafting of agreements:
  • Drafting of various legal documents like Conveyance Deed, Agreement for Sale, Development Agreement, Term sheet, General Power of Attorney (GPA), Affidavits, Indemnity, Bank Guarantees, Service/Sales agreements etc.
  • RERA, compliance, Society/Association formation: RERA Act, compliances, formation of Society / Condominium
  • Hands on experience with respect to registration, management and compliance of projects under RERA Act Compliance (corporate, filings, disclosures)others with respect to projects (RERA, MOEF, PCB, CER, ULC, ESG, etc.)
  • Litigation/dispute management:
  • Oversee all litigation matters and legal proceedings for the organisation
