Our client is a well-established NBFC offering a wide range of financial products including retail & wholesale lending, SME finance, and structured finance solutions. Backed by a reputed corporate group, the company is known for its strong governance and pan-India presence.

Job Description

  • Draft and review loan agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs; standardize legal templates.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, Contract Act, and data protection laws.
  • Provide legal guidance on lending products, financial regulations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support board/legal documentation and maintain governance standards.
  • Handle SARFAESI, arbitration, cheque bounce, and civil/criminal cases; coordinate with external counsel.

The Successful Applicant

A successful legal professional should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognised institution.
  • Experience in handling legal matters within the BFSI/NBFC space.
  • Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
