About Our Client

Our client is a prominent player in the real estate sector

Job Description

  • Independently supervise financing transactions including term loans, working capital loans, trade finance and other facilities, subscription of NCDs, inter corporate deposits etc.
  • Draft, review and negotiate facility and security documents, condition precedent/subsequent documents, application to lenders/regulatory authorities etc.
  • Management, liaising, and fulfilment of conditions precedent and subsequent under the documents within timelines
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams, external counsels, regulators, supervisory authorities, registrar of sub-assurances, bankers etc.,
  • Advice on company law, foreign exchange law, security law, real estate law, banking and finance laws, RBI guidelines applicable to the sector/financing, and other applicable laws in connection with the financing

A successful candidate should have:

  • A legal qualification and specialisation in banking and finance
  • A strong understanding of the financial services industry
  • Exceptional legal and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
