Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts to ensure legal protection and compliance.
  • Advise on data privacy laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement data protection policies
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments
  • Review and draft privacy-related contracts
  • Provide expert legal advice on data privacy regulations and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
  • Working with internal teams to address legal risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update company policies accordingly

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of Data privacy and commercial contract
  • Industry preference - Technology, Wearable device, Health Technology etc
