Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations within the technology industry.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage legal risks by implementing robust policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues impacting the business.
  • Handle dispute resolution and liaise with external legal counsel when required.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate legal documentation and records.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Law with at-least 10 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of corporate legal practices and regulations.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
