Job Description

  • Review, draft, and negotiate large and complex licensing, subscription, SaaS, outsourcing agreements, distributor, reseller agreements, MSA's for the customers in MEA, SEA and India.
  • Will collaborate with legal and business teams while maintaining documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex agreements and provide invaluable insights to maximize outcomes.
  • Drafts, redlines, and responds to RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's or customer terms & conditions.

The Successful Applicant

Relevant experience in IT Saas contracts , B2B Contracts
